I have done my schooling from jharkhand and I do have a domicile certificate of jharkhand.... I wanted to know if I could avail a domicile certificate of West Bengal as my father is working in West Bengal and if yes can I avail for the 85 percent state quota for 2 states in neet 2020?please do help.

Dear Kirti, West Bengal has changed its domicile criteria. Now if you want to claim West Bengal domicile and their 85% State Counselling eligibility, you should have studied in West Bengal for a period of 10 years. Now if you have studied in Jharkhand and you have a domicile of Jharkhand, though a student in general can claim domicile of 2 States, you cannot in your case.
