Hi Mansi,
can you please share the details like Email ID through which you have made payment or even your registered email ID.
Dear Mansi, if you have made a payment either through NetBanking, Credit or Debit card, please check if the payment has been deducted from the Bank Account. If it hasn't been deducted, then the payment didn't go through and you have to make a new payment. I would suggest you to wait before you make a payment atleast until the weekend is over. Because too many students might be trying to use the website and the interface may be down. Once you make a payment, a confirmation email will be generated and the same will be sent to your registered email. Keep it furture reference. Only a generation of a confirmation page is a proof of successful submission of your application.
Confirmation page is generated after the payment of fee is confirmed by NIC portal. If your fee has not been received on NIC portal, confirmation page will not be generated. If you have paid the fee and confirmation page has not been generated, you are suggested to take the print out of your confirmation page after 24 hours because there could be delay in updation of fees on NIC server from payment gateway. This updation is done within 24 hours maximum. However, if your confirmation page is still not generated, you should pay the fee again and take the printout of the confirmation page. The extra fee paid by you will be automatically refunded in your bank account.
