I have done registration for state counselling but not appeared for document verification. Can l participate for 2nd round of counselling.?

Yes there is fresh verifiverifi for every round.. but as far as I know you should attend first round and report to the college allotted to you then only you will be eligible for the next round.. Hope this helps.. Good luck..
