I have enrolled myself for neet. I have got confirmation page .but I'm not able to login to candidate login page.

If you have got the confirmation page and all the details you have filled were correct and there is no re-filling error then you do not need to worry.
Login issues might be problem with the connectivity or login credentials. Wait for the announcement of the Admit card

First of all, Relax. You have got the confirmation page, so there is nothing to worry.
Date of Release of Admit Card - April 15, 2019
Coming to the error in login, maybe you have entered wrong ID and/or Password. Try to enter the correct one. If problem persists, wait for one day (as there may be problems in server). Login again. If again there is error, select on Forgot Password and try to recover it. If you again experience any sort of problems, let me know in the comments and I shall help you out.
