i have failed in four back logs in 12th so can i have the opportunity to study in diploma and i had the gap of 2years and so plz guide me how to study and manage my job as i am driver of car its possible for me to manage both of them

in your profile it shows that you are b school aspirant. see if you have cleared all of your backlog papers of 12th and has completed the 12th course from a recognize education board then you are eligible to apply for diploma course or in graduation course. you did not mention about any particular topics or areas in which you would like to go for further studies.  now there is various colleges which offer part time diploma or bachelors course. since you are working, it would be helpful for you to select part time courses options.

In some of the university offers scholarship for financially backward candidates.
