For NEET, you need to pass in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English individually. The marks in Mathematics are not considered in NEET. Also, for general candidates, one must obtain 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology which you said you already scored. For SC/ST/OBC, it is 40% and for General-PH, it is 45%.
