I have failed my economics exam but I have got 60+ percentage in aggregate of four subjects like accounts , commerce ,English and Hindi can I pursue bba honours in colleges of kolkata like bhawanipur education society college ?

You mentioned Four Subjects above, but dear Aspirant commerce isn't a subject it's a stream & if you have failed in accounts it also means that you have failed in commerce.

You have failed in one subject that means your overall status is passed. You can appear for compartment exam to clear the exam. As mentioned in the official website of Bhawanipur Education Society College, the candidate must have obtained at least 60% marks in aggregate and have passed in English with full marks not being less than 100 in Class 12. 5% relaxation in marks for reserved category. So this makes you eligible for course.
