I have filled every possible information in the application form of eflu admission 2020 correctly, yet I'm not able to submit as every time I try, a dialogue box appear telling me to choose the option "I Agree" in the end, which I did already, still I'm not able to submit...please help!!

I would like to inform you that sometimes it happens because of system failure or some technical issue but don't worry just wait for sometime you will be able to do it. Again if you are facing the same issue, Kindly contact the help desk of eflu admission either directly or through mail. Usually within 24-48 hours you will be getting the reply. If any doubts, pls feel free to ask.
