You could do any of the following:
- Pursue B.Tech in engineering physics, take up some courses on nuclear physics apart from quantum mechanics. List of colleges- https://engineering.careers360.com/colleges/list-of-engineering-physics-colleges-in-india
- Pursue a B.Sc in Physics, the coursework includes elaborate nuclear physics. List of colleges - https://www.careers360.com/courses/physics-course
- If your end goal is to become a physicist, you might have to go for a PhD later, and that can be done after any of the above 2 options.
