I have forgotten to select EWS option in neet application form. ,Can I correct it during recorrection time?

You don't need to worry even if you forgot to select ews as your category as you can change your category and thus get your category corrected to ews using neet correction window once it gets opened.

Neet 2020 correction window will be opened on 15th January and you will be able to make corrections till 31st January 2020.
So , you don't need to worry at all dear just get your category corrected to ews during correction period.
