I have general rank 47900 and gen ews rank 7900. Can I get any NIT even the lower branches (except those north eastern nit's) on my gen ews rank? And what is the reservation given for gen ews in NIT's this year? Is it the same 4% like last year or is it 10% ?

According to your rank and category you can get some medium level nit's in the lower branches or even the good branches in the special rounds . So make sure to apply for the special rounds and also for your home state nit as you can get a good branch as the cutoff for home state is generally lower than that of normal criteria .
