I have get only 123730 (rank) in jee January section is there any chance to get admission in mechanical engineering in any of NITs or CFTIs, iam belong to OBC category

For your general rank your OBC rank may be one third of general or one fourth aproximately. One can get any NITs or CFTIs till 15k-17k only. For mechanical engineering one should be for sure under 10k in OBC list. So, it seems you don't have chance.
So, better is to prepare for next session and score better to get into top NITs.
