Well Kiran now as you are going to have the exam . So obviously you can't change any information filled officially by correcting it. Well i don't think that it should matter a lot for the admission process. Yeah but you need to be prepared for it in future.
You can do onething, you can contact the designated authorities , they will guide you in much better way. They will say if there is a way then how to do it.
