If you have domicile of Uttar pradesh and caste certificate of uttar pradesh then you will be eligible for UP state quota medical seats .
The candidate is considered to be eligible for state quota seat if he or she has domicile of that state .
Also if the candidate ir one of hus parents is resident of a particular state for more than ten years then the candidate is eligibe for domicile of that particular state.
