According to the statistics f the previous years, you can definitely expect a seat in NIT Warangal, cause in your case, both home state quota and SC/ST category will be considered.
So please fill all the top branches like the circuital branches in the JOSAA counselling, and wait for the best to happen. Though, nothing can be certainly said because it also depends on the paper type and the competitors.
