Hello Prachi,
This year cutoff for JAM Mathematics was approx 3 marks less than previous year. Cutoff for M.Sc. in Mathematics in CCMN 2017 for Good NITs was around 27 Marks or above . So there are high chances that you can get few NITs such as NIT Agartala, NIT Manipur , NIT Silchar etc.
