I got 97 marks and 10473 rank ,I will qualify or not

First of all congratulations on such a nice score.
According to previous year trends, you can get a CSE Branch in GITAM, Vizag. If you are scoring more than 100 marks in GAT then you can easily get admission in any desired branch.
The GITAM GAT 2019 examination was held from April 10 to 22 , 2019. The entrance exam of GITAM GAT 2019 is conducted for admissions to various undergraduate programs offered at Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam campuses.
Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM) has declared the result of GITAM GAT exam on April 26.
