Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota. Getting into Bams or Ayush courses would be impossible if you belong to general category however you may try your luck if you belong to SC or St category. You may have chances in Deemed Universities.
