I have got 12950 rank in general and 4800 in OBC. Is there any chance for admission in kgmc or gsvm or bhu???

I'm really sorry to tell you, but with 12950 general rank and 4800 OBC rank, there's no chance of you to get admission in kgmc, gsvm or BHU. The cut off rank for all the courses at most reaches 2000, that too very rarely. So, you can see, there's no chance of getting admission.
