With the score of 137 out of 300 on a medium difficulty paper, the percentile would be in between 97 and 98.5. At this percentile you can expect a rank in between 15000-33000.
Since NTA has no released the question papers yet, it is difficult to predict the actual percentile and rank. You will get a better prediction once NTA releases the question papers for all slots.
