Frankly speaking, with this score you have no chance to get into any govt medical colleges.

Sorry to say that but based upon your marks your chances of getting a seat in any medical College is difficult but you can try for management quota seats in private medical colleges but for that you have to pay extra money other than your fees.i hope this information helps you.
