I have got 151 points in neet exam shall I get admission in architecture engineering?
Hello,
You are mistaken. The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test or NEET-UG is an entrance examination in India, for students who wish to study graduate medical course and dental course in government or private medical colleges and dental colleges respectively in India.
So, basically NEET is the exam for medical courses like MBBS and BDS courses.
B. Tech Architecture Engineering is a 4-year undergraduate course offered by various engineering colleges in India.
ELIGIBILITY FOR B.TECH IN ARCHITECTURE ENGINEERINGThe students willing to study Architecture engineering must have completed 10+2 with subjects – Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with minimum 55% marks aggregate. Students also need to qualify the national level entrance exam (JEE/NATA) or university entrance exam to get admission in this course.
Students need to appear for either of the following entrance exam to pursue Architecture Engineering:
NATA : National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) is a national level entrance exam conducted for admission to architecture courses including B. Tech. and B.Arch. in various colleges in India.
JEE : Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) is conducted for admission to undergraduate engineering programs in various disciplines in many prestigious institutes in India.
Some institutes also give direct admission to meritorious students based on their marks in 10+2.
Sorry but neet examination is for medical colleges and not for engineering colleges. If you want to get into architecture engineering you must apply for JEE examination and not for neet
