I have got 169 marks in neet..Is there even a slight possibility of getting a college? I am in general category

As per your question i do understand your situation.
Your marks are really low to get you a good government collge.
However, you can get a good private college.
You have to pay alot of money in name of donations.

With 169 marks and belonging to generalcategory it is very difficult for to get college anywhere in india. You might get private med college in your domicile state through state quota. But chances are very low. I will suggest you to go for some other bachelor's course or drop a year to prepare well. I provided a link below which can help you to find college.

According to me you have not any chance for getting admission in any government medical college but you can get admission in private college or deemed university but according to me if you are good in studies than drop for one year than come back strong.
