I have got 1788 air rank (ur) candidate,want clinical seats but confused..... suggest me shall I attend counselling process??

Considering the previous years cutoff ranks and round one closing rank of 2019 , the highest rank to secure seat was 54840 in Govt medical college, Nagpur.
It started that you have probability of getting seat in one of the top 10 medical colleges , it's better for you to attend counseling and try your luck in your interested speciality.
