I have got 186 marks in NEET 2019, can I get a government in your college ,I belong to one.

With these marks you can not get a government college's seat. Even if you belong to any special category or whatever is your state quota. You have to go with the private colleges only if you really want to continue medical studies. Or you can take a drop for a year and re-appear in the exam next year.
