Based upon your score the chances are narrow of getting a govt medical college in ayush course however you might try for private or deemed colleges . Since it's the first time admission to ayush courses are done on the basis of neet scores nothing could be said with complete surety.

Based on this NEET 2018 score the chances are less to get a seat in Government colleges but you can try for the private colleges.
