I have got 19779 rank in Neet 2019. Can I get govt college in jharkhand?

Since you are not eligible for any  govt college of Jharkhand region as per your obtained rank.

You have not mentioned your category anywhere so I assume it to be general.
If I consider the previous year data .Then you have almost negligible chances  of getting admission in any of the government colleges in jharkhandr even through state quota .But if you are from a reserved category (sc,st)then you have good chances of getting admission in a goverment medical college through state quota.
