i have got 24000 rank in ews category in jee mains..can i get admission in any of the gfti or any good college with this rank

According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs or good colleges as per previous year's cut-offs until and unless you deserves Home State quota but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks. Some college in which you can try are :-
- Amrita School of Engineering, Coimbatore
- MIT Pune
- RTU Kota
- Sharda University
- Amity University
- UPES, Dehradun
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
