i have got 32 percentile in jee mains 2019...so can i get admission for b.tech in iust...if i got admission which branch it will be?

Sorry but this is a very poor score to get admission in any college through JOSAA counseling . You can't get seat under any course in any college with this percentile irrespective of your category. I would suggest you to either look for any other college or entrance exam or try again next year with better preparation and score well.
