Yes you will get. North Bengal and Malda in 1st or 2nd counselling.
You might get a Kolkata College also in 3rd and open counselling .

I got 334 marks out of 720 in NEET 2018.i belong to SC category and andhra pradesh is my state.Can i get seat in Bangalore or Chennai

All India Seat 15% is tough to get with that marks. But you will get in your state !
I have obtained 335 marks in NEET 2018, (SC category). Is there any chance I might get Malda or Murshidabad in first counselling under 85% quota?
The cutoffs have gone down this time. So definitely the rank will go down. But to predict whether you will get or not State Cat Rank is required. With marks its hard to predict
