I have got 369 in neet 2019 and I belong to obc category which college could I get in Karnataka?

In Vijayanagar Institute of Medical Sciences, Bellary OBC category cut off score was 374 and in ESIC Medical College, Gulbarga the last OBC category candidate got admission on 355. Old cut off would not be suitable for this year admission.
Cut off score varies with the increase in candidates, paper level, category each year.
