I have got 378 in neet.im an sc from ts,can I expect to get a free seat in ts even in private and am I eligible to apply for deemed colleges

I should say 378 is not a bad score in your category. For the 15% all India Quota you would have needed to score above 480 in the Telengana state. However you have pretty good chances to get a state Quota seat most probably in a private college than a government college. Let me give you the cutoff score for some of the private colleges in your state in the state Quota for sc category:
