I have got 381 marks in NEET. Will I get govn seat in tamilnadu ?

As you have not mentioned your category I assume you belong to general category So, with 381 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are quite low.
As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given unsed All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
