I have got 405 in neet .I am sc category,can I get a government collage in odisha??

Well it is kind of difficult with that much marks. As the last year's odisha cutoff went between 420-490. Which means that you have to score a minimum of 420 marks to get a government college.
Well I suggest you should not lose hope so early and apply for the counseling process. Rest can be said after that only.

But still apply for the counseling process and see if there is any chance. Moreover you have chances in other states also.
Dear Sir/Ma'm, acording to previous years'cut-offs, the lowest cut-off for SC candidates in Odisha for government medical college was 420. However, Hi-tech medical college and hospital had a cutoff of 391 which is a private medical college. So you might have a chance there or might as well wait till the last rounds of state counselling.
