Well each year the cutoff varies considering the difficulty level of the question paper but keeping in mind the trends of last few years I would Say since your score is less than 450 you don't have a clear probability of grabbing a mbbs seat .But since your category is obc I would still expect you to keep some hope if the merit goes down.

As far as bds is concerned you can be sure about it at state level.
