I have got 411 marks in meet 2019 and i want to apply for deemed medical college. Will i be able to secure a seat?

With this score you should have a decent chance to get a seat in Deemed Universities. Since it is very late to answer your query, I hope you have checked the seat allotment of All India quota seats, Deemed/ Central Universities and allotted the seat successfully.
