The cutoffs to get admission in NITs and IITs are a little high.As your score is less the chance is less to get admission for M.Tech.Even if there is a chance then you will get the medium NITs such as VNIT Nagpur,SVNIT Surat,NIT Jaipur and lower ranked IITs which are new such as IIT Mandi,IIT Ropar,etc.So,let's hope for the best.
