. With this rank, it is difficult to get admission in any of the nits or iiits, you are also not qualified the jee advanced exam,

Hello,
I am so sorry to tell you that, you can not get admission in any government colleges like NITs or IIITs at this jee mains percentile score and category rank.
You can only get admission in low rated private colleges through state counselling.
Try for admission in colleges through other engineering entrance exams.
