I have got 45.67 marks in gate cse 2019 in general category, wat are my chances to get IITs or NITs?????!

Hi Arun,
As per your score in GATE 2019 in CSE stream mentioned it is difficult to get admission into IIT but you may have some chances to get some decent NIT. If you attend CCMT round till last then you may get seat in any NIT at last. You can check previous year cutoff for IIT and NIT from below link so that you can understand where you can apply :
