I have got 457 marks with a all india rank of 40,908 and belong to OBC. Can I get a goverment seat in the AIQ NEET counseling 2018?

You have low chances of getting a government seat at this rank.. as cutoff usually stay above 5-6k ranks. You may go for a private college seat.
