There wasn't any upper age limit for UG Programme in CLAT 2018.
Only those Unreserved/OBC/Specially Abled Persons (SAP) and other categories candidates were eligible for CLAT 2018 who passed qualifying examination (i.e., 10+2) with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST).
If eligibility criteria remains unchanged then you can check by yourself whether you are eligible or not. For latest information on CLAT 2019 keep checking CLAT 2019 .

It is good that wanted to pursue law in PG level but the saddest fact is you lacked by only some percent of marks. To appear in CLAT 2019, a candidate required 55% marks and you got 54.54% which is not sufficient.
