Last year, the cutoffs for Govt medical colleges in UP for UR candidates under 85% state quota were between 469 and 589. If same trend continues, then you do have a chance to secure a seat in a governmnent medical college.
Also, the cutoff for govt. Dental college was 522. So you have a chance in dental too if same trend continues.
