Dear Nikunj, considering the last year's cut off and trends it's difficult that you get a government college for mbbs under all India quota but you can try for state quota .
you can go for the all india counselling rounds as you have scored good marks to get the govt. medical or dental college. And also it would be easier if you go for the DU colleges for the medical or dental admissions.
