I have got 596 marks in Neet19 but not allotted a college in AIQ or Haryana(state quota). Will I get a government college for mbbbs?

You have not mentioned your category any where.
But here i present you the last mark admitted for various category in haryana under state quota.
General 486 for Pt Bhagwat Dayal Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Rohtak.
Bc -a 494 for Shaheed Hasan Khan Mewati Government Medical College, Nalhar
Bc - b 514 for Shaheed Hasan Khan Mewati Government Medical College, Nalhar
Sc 409 for BPS Government Medical College for Women, Sonepat.
So as per the previous data you do hold a chance of getting a government medical college in haryana under state quota. This year cutoffs were expected to rise but still you have scored pretty well .Just keep calm and wait for the councelling process to be done.

I am from General category and this time last college in hry (semi govt) closed at 600.

So the speculations came to be true. This year cutoffs were expected to rise a bit and the same happened.
But do not lose hope. I would suggest you to Appear for the second round of councelling. Who knows you might get a seat in any government college.
