I have got 647 ( category - sc ) percentile in gate...will I get any psu

You will be definetly called by PSU's if you apply for different psu. There is good chances you will get psu, in psu interview normally 70% marks given based on gate score only 30% based on personal interviews.Prepare for interview and apply for different psu...Best of luck..
