You should check for any quota you have like SC/ST/OBC, because they will increase your chances of admission considerably.

Also, please remember that you may get certain colleges in 2nd/3rd counselling that you did not get in 1st counselling.

Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota. You may have chances in Private Colleges at state level quota.
