It depends on your rank rather than your score if you can get into an NIT. The official rank will be released by NTA after the conclusion of the April session of the exam. Your rank is bound to vary as the best of the two scores will be considered for the rank list. You could predict your rank using this formula:
JEE Main 2019 rank (probable) = (100- NTA percentile score ) X 874469 /100
You could then refer the previous year cutoffs to know your chances of getting into a college:
