Hello Shazia,
First of all with a score of 72 marks in NEET you don't qualify NEET examination. And to apply for counseling of even B veterinary Sciences you need to qualify NEET examination.
No matter which category you belong to, you still don't qualify NEET.
And hence you cannot apply for Bvsc.
