I have got 7454 rank in aiapget2020 and I got 748 rank under general merit category. is there any chance of getting admission for prasuti tantra and stri roga through counselling and I got 56% percentile

In your merit rank in general category forget it charge for PG Ayush course but your choice of subject will be varied according to the number of student it comes to the merit list who secured higher marks than you will get the chance first.
