I have got 80 percentail in jan-19 ,by mistakenly computer centre operator applied april-19 in new application , pl guide me

There is not any exact information regarding this.

But this problem is occurring with many students.

So I think it will not effect your results because you give your all information and they can check it from January application form .(that already registered facility may be to give smoothness to you because you have not to upload your image and sign again).

So one thing you can do is mail to the help centre.

You need to mail jee main stating the same and mention both the application number and ask them to cancel new one. Otherwise your candidature me be rejected. Mail them and also get the confirmation from the.
